We took the in-store customer experience to new heights with Sports Direct’s newest flagship store on the outskirts of East London. The destination location is full of audience engagement tech, with high bright LED video walls and LCD panels throughout the store. Customers can use the selfie and boomerang mirrors to interact further with the brand and projection mapping has been implemented. Audio across 2 floors was installed providing the store with zone control or entire store control from a central location. Audience measurement tools were set up to understand footfall, demographics, behaviors and customer emotions.
