Scott joined Merson in 2020 and brought with him over 25 years’ experience in manufacturing gained across multiple sectors. Scott has overall responsibility for Operations at Merson including manufacturing across all three sites, Project Management, Design, and HSEQ. His focus is improved efficiencies, ensuring that product quality and customer experience is optimised.

Interesting Fact: As well as being an extremely impressive Six Sigma Green Belt, Scott is a 4th Dan Shotokan Karate Instructor and International Referee.
