Melissa Joined Merson Group in 2002 and she is responsible for managing the Finance and HR function of the group and coordinating systems to provide financial analysis and support to the organisation.

Interesting fact: Mel was born in Australia although has not kept the accent as she moved to Scotland when she was five. She misses the great weather and hopes to retire there when her two kids have flown the nest.
