Andy Fabregas

Andy joined Merson in 2013 as a process engineer in our Polish site and soon progressed to HSEQ Manager when was responsible for our continuous improvement plans and was accountable for employee health and safety and environmental issues. From 2023, as operations director of our Polish facility, he has overall responsibility for production, quality, planning and logistics as well as major implementation projects.

Andy holds a degree in computer engineering and a postgraduate degree in quality management. Interesting Fact: Outside of work Andy spends his free time at the gym, cycling or tending to his 2 pet tarantulas!!
